An Executive Development Experience

Primal Pathways and the Centre for Coaching (University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business), are excited to offer a unique Executive Development Opportunity in one of Africa's most remote and untouched wildlife sanctuaries. From the 14th - 21st August 2017 (ONLY 6 PLACES AVAILABLE), highly influential coaches, Craig O'Flaherty and Janine Ahlers, joined by International Keynote Speaker and Wilderness Guide, Brent Harris, will lead a seven-day wilderness intervention, delving into the themes of courageous leadership - deep in the vast wilderness of North Luangwa National Park in Zambia.

We explore the African wilderness on foot, tracking animal movements and uncovering signs of their individual predicaments. The longer we follow animal pathways, the more we learn about who they are and how interconnected their lives are with the fabric around them. These creatures are no stranger to challenge and change. We will witness in them the deep embodiment of leadership qualities that can serve to broaden our own fields of view.

Through a series of joint and individual one-to-one exercises, delegates reflect on their own purpose for embarking on this unique voyage and come away with empowering tools, models and competencies. Together with their coach, each delegate will develop a self-development plan and commit to a strategy to address their future success. No matter what your organisation does or what it stands for, it is a complex ecosystem. The Courageous Leadership Wilderness Program provides a framework for leaders to be a force for catalysing and managing change in their organisations.
